Couvrir et laisser reposer pendant 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Abaisser la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un poin\u00e7on puis laisser reposer 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Diviser en 2 portions puis rouler chaque moiti\u00e9 en un rectangle de 9 po x 11 po.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tendre la garniture au raisin-bourbon sur un rectangle puis r\u00e9p\u00e9ter avec la garniture au chocolat.<\/li>\n<li>Rouler chaque morceau de p\u00e2te en un cylindre de 1 po de diam\u00e8tre. Couper chaque rouleau en deux verticalement.<\/li>\n<li>Graisser un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau de 8 po.<\/li>\n<li>Couper en deux, horizontalement, un des rouleaux fourr\u00e9s aux raisins et un des rouleaux fourr\u00e9s au chocolat.<\/li>\n<li>Tourner chaque moiti\u00e9 en spirale. Tresser les rouleaux tordus ensemble. Tordre la tresse en cercle puis la placer dans le moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration avec le reste de la p\u00e2te.
