Brown Sugar Glazed Sticky Raisin Pecan Rolls

Ingredients
Filling ingredients:
- Puff pastry sheets
- Unsalted butter (enough to spread a thin layer onto the puff pastry sheet)
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Topping ingredients:
- 1/2 cup California Raisins
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Procedure
Mix 1/2 cup unsalted butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar together, and set aside
Roll out puff pastry sheet and spread about 1 tbsp of butter all over the sheet
Next, sprinkle sugar all over the sheet, followed by brown sugar and cinnamon
Tightly roll up the sheet to form a log and cut into 9 pieces
Add a spoon of the prepared butter sugar topping, from step 1, at the bottom of a medium sized muffin pan, then add some pecans and raisins and finally top with the rolled-up dough
Bake in the often for 25 mins at 400F
Remove from the oven and let the rolls sit for 5 mins to cool down then add a baking tray on top of the muffin pan and flip, then remove tray to release the rolls with the toppings.
