No Bake Chocolate, Tahini, Oat and California Raisin Bars

Ingredients
No Bake Chocolate, Tahini, Oat and Raisin Bars
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup California Raisins
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds, toasted
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
Chocolate Drizzle
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate (70 percent)
- 1 tsp coconut oil

For the No Bake Chocolate, Tahini, Oat and California Raisin Bars:
- Line and 8 by 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients for the bars until coated well.
- Place the batter in the prepared pan and using a spatula make sure its spread evenly and flat.
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes
For the Chocolate Drizzle:
- Melt the chocolate and oil together over a double boiled until melted and smooth.
For Assembly:
- Pour over the chilled oat bars and coat the whole top. Return the pan to the fridge and let cool again until chocolate is fully set – about one hour.
- When ready to slice, lift the parchment paper to remove the bars and lay flat on a cutting board.
- Slice into 8 bars for larger slices, or 16 squares for smaller pieces.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or place in the freezer and nibble as needed.
