Raisin Parfait Mason Jars

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup sliced strawberries
    • ½ cup blueberries
    • ½ cup raspberries
    • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt, divided
    • 4 teaspoons liquid honey
    • 1 ¼ cups granola, divided
    • ¾ cup California raisins, divided

    Procedure

    In small bowl, stir together strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.  

    Add 1/3 cup yogurt to each of four 16-oz mason jars. Divide half the mixed berries among jars, then drizzle each with 1/2 teaspoon honey. Top each with 2 tablespoons granola and 1 tablespoon raisins. Repeat layers once.  

    Divide remaining yogurt among jars. Garnish with remaining granola and remaining raisins. Seal jars and store in refrigerator for up to 3 days. 

    Note: Substitute berry medley with chopped peaches, mango or apple for variation.
